Hotel Playa Grande Puerto de Mazarron, Puerto de Mazarron

I stayed in a North-facing room at Zenia Beach. The rooms were clean but definitely need some attention, with damaged curtains and worn bathroom fittings. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide information about the beach closure in hot weather, which was a letdown. Additionally, there were limited options for my husband's gluten-free diet, and we had to rely on taxis instead of public transportation for getting around.

The hotel offers clean and nicely appointed rooms but with some areas needing attention. The service was good and helpful, and the location is quiet but lacking nearby amenities. The dining options were mixed, and the facilities were satisfactory.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, just steps away from the beautiful beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and bars. The rooms, though in need of a total refurbishment, more than met our needs with a lovely view. The service was top-notch, with attentive and helpful staff who spoke English and appreciated our basic Spanish. The dining experience, while simple, provided fresh options, although it could be improved. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with great value for money.
